The whole facility was exceptional. The nurses and nurse assistants were extremely helpful. I felt like the truly cared about as an individual. Physical therapy department got me started on a program that will continue to get me stronger. The Aministrator showed me the same kind of treatment. They always had time to talk to me.
I highly recommend Stonehenge to anyone looking for a place to heal.

Stonehenge of Springville has partnered with Intermountain Health to be one of their selected Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) as part of their Post Acute Care Team (PACT). Stonehenge of Springville is a part of a select group of Skilled Nursing Facilities who have the confidence and trust from all the Intermountain Hospitals (Utah Valley Hospital, Spanish Fork Hospital, American Fork Hospital, and IMC Hospital). Being selected as one of their preferred SNFs is a wonderful reflection of the quality care given at Stonehenge.
